I was quoted over $500 dollars to have this unit replaced at my local garage. After paying the $50 dollars for the diagnostic 'smoke test' to the garage, I've found that I've saved over $200 dollars by doing this removal and install myself. Like the others have stated, some of the hoses are easy to remove, but there is one hose in particular that can be quite difficult to remove without the right tools (a curved awl or thin curved standard screwdriver is recommended). Other than that single problematic hose, this unit was rather simple to replace, -all while parked in my driveway. No jacks required. JUST BE SURE NOT TO DESTROY THE FASTENING CLAMPS ON ANY OF THE HOSES. Be patient, and take your time. The check engine light DID NOT go away immediately, so I just disconnected the battery for a couple of minutes, and now the light is gone.
