The quality is great, but in my case, it won't fit the hub bore of my wheels which are 70.3mm. The Jones website says this has a 2 2/8" body diameter (66.67mm), should fit great. But they aren't including the magnets protruding from the body. The magnets make it over 3" in diameter. It certainly won't fit inside a 2 5/8" hub bore.
