I could not believe how inexpensive this was when I was shopping for it; I've been using it on my trailer for 6 months now and it has been reliable, powerful, and pretty stable on the ground even while walking around in the RV without stabilizer jacks. Using it on a 6,000 lb travel trailer.Installation was no more or less difficult than the previous electric jack I had put on this trailer (before destroying it with a stupid mistake).My only issue is that the part of the jack that adjusts up and down inside the main shaft is not locked in place by a groove like most other jacks, so when the pin is out it can freely rotate clockwise/counterclockwise, making it harder to get the pin back in. You gotta line it up in two different directions at the same time. It also isn't a very snug fit (maybe 1-2 mm of space between the inner leg tube and the main shaft – sorry if I'm not using proper vocabulary) so I worry that if I were to extend it a LOT it might wobble or bend. I haven't tested this theory.But for under $100 I absolutely cannot complain because it gets the job done!
