2019 JL UnlimitedSo let me just say, I do like the top and I am very happy with the quality and fitment of the fabric piece. I have not had the top flap at all at any speeds (it's almost quieter than the creaks and squeaks I get with the hardtop on actually).I wish I could say the same for the quality of the hardware for installing the top. First of, one of the nuts welded to the bracket was defective and started to strip the threads on the bolt (it was not cross-threaded and it was the same way for both bolts. Both bolts threaded just fine into one of the nuts but neither would thread onto the other one). I had to re-tap the nut and clean up the threads on the bolts from attempting to thread them into the bad nut. I would have been stuck returning it for a replacement had I not had a tap and die set handy.Second, the bolts included have started to show rust after a single week of use without any direct exposure to rain (see pictures). Just normal moisture in the air (admittedly it does park overnight sitting outside in the elements and there is a good amount of dew most mornings). Now I'm going to have to go through the hassle of either cleaning them up and repainting them or going to find replacements that are more weather resistant.Third, (and this one is just being nit-picky) the Allen Wrench size for the bolts are a metric size 6 which seems to be a very odd and specific size as I've been unable to find a SAE compatible wrench. It would have been nice if they had chosen bolts that were the same size as the Allen Wrench bits that already come in the Jeep toolkit.Had the hardware included with the top been of decent quality, I would have easily rated this purchase at 5-stars.
