Weak stitching (the smaller version of this bag with a more nylon type material is clearly better stitched and heavier duty; this one got a bit cheap on the materials; you can tell and compare easily just by looking at the zipper stitching); the laptop compartment zipper just broke today. It wasn't even stretched anymore than having a small laptop and plastic half-inch folder inside which closed the zipper daily with some slack left without any problems. I was pretty surprised to see it rip, as I took a lot of caution to avoid something like this from happening since it is a bit pricey. I'm the guy who makes sure I use both strap handles to carefully pull this bag out of my car to not stress the shoulder strap anchors by pulling on just one side. I'm pretty bummed about this, as now I'm in search again for another bag similar to this one if there's any. A few good things about this bag which lasted me only about 8 months of normal use: plenty of useful compartments and the size is big enough to fit almost anything you could need to do your visits; overall well-thought-out design (wish the inner lining pockets in the middle section were a little deeper though); will buy it again if they chose to redesign it and make it more durable, or spend more money making sure it can handle at least normal use
