Let me be clear - supplier = EXCELLENT!!! EVERYTHING about the product was to spec and solved the 2002 navigator NOT activating pump. And the 1998 Navigator not stopping once activated *pop*! So - for the supplier - A TOTAL WIN! PERFECT part for both our rigs! Arrived on time and excellent price! Now - the only issues with the part is not the "part" or relay Mfgr. It's the car makers (Lincoln/Ford) own design. So my only gripe? The relay body is STILL aluminum getting bolted to steel. Guess why these fail? (Electrolysis aluminum to steel with road salts = BATTERY corrosion. *science*) A possible solution would be to powder-coat the aluminum body? Maybe add a rubber gasket between the relay body and steel car frame? Or perhaps a stainless steel gasket plate between the relay and car body? So - a difficult solution to solve if you are a DIY fixer like me. But - EXCELLENT PART! Thanks!!!
