These pacages are very heavy so be warned. The package that contained the hardware (nails, screws, etc) was torn open and the hardware was moving around. This cause damage to the surface of all the pieces in that package.I emailed customer service about it and they never got back to me.This product is very flimsy and unstable. I would reccomend that customers go elseware because of the quality of the product and the lack of any customer service.Its a good size cabinet. pretty ok from sturdiness stand point. Holds a lot of stuff. Helped me clean my other cabinets. Make sure to buy installation services. You don't want to assemble this yourself. It took the installer around 4.5 hours to assemble. Quite good product for the price.Reviews for this dresser said assembly was very difficult. So just to be safe I hired 2 full-time professional furniture assemblers. Working feverishly together it still took them over 3 hours and no without a lot of sighs and grunting. They said the assembly was very tedious. It's a nice enough looking dresser but cheap finish which is very easy to scratch or chip. I don't think it's worth what I paid for it but I do like the very spacious drawers.4 of 6 drawers were scratch or coming apart. Drawers dont slide well, very poor construction of piece.I like that it is very tall as im 6'5 and it has great storage space. The downsize is this is very heavy it states 150 pounds and yes it very much is that heavy.Truly a nightmare experience getting this thing operational. Between the missing dowel holes, misaligned screw holes, and broken/missing fasteners, I was pulling my few remaining hairs out trying to get this thing built. Something this ramshackle should at least be inexpensive, but on that front it fails as well. Avoid if you want to keep your blood pressure down.Packaging was great and secure but honestly that’s at good as it got. Okay so first of all this thing is way taller than 62 in. I am 5’9 and it’s only two inches shorter than me. Secondly it was a pain to put together. Took me two days. It doesn’t really lock as there’s no place for the locking mechanism to go(even if the tracks lined up properly). The pre made holes where the tracks were supposed to line up were off by a little over an inch so my third drawer overlapped the fourth and there is a massive gap between my top drawer and the top of the dresser. Going to have to adjust the placement myself tomorrow bringing the total number of days I have worked on this dresser to 3. I accidentally scratched one of the drawers so how easy it is to damage is also a negative. The size of the dresser is a plus especially for the price but the frustration of putting it together and it coming out wrong is nerve wrackingMe and my gf were super excited to get this for our little studio due to the huge storage and space that it has but we were highly disappointed. The instructions couldn’t had been more unclear, the material is very cheap and it easily scrapes off. It took us almost all day to get it installed and even then we were able to get all the drawers placed in correctly!
