There's a reason the price is low. The seller did replace the first one that had issues but you will drop money into it either way. I upgraded the cheap tires to more durable ones, coast about $90, then I replaced the handle bar neck about $40, I have short arms and couldn't really use the back rest. Removed the front wheels mud flap and chain guard, they rubbed. The initial bike had a bad grinding noise, tire split within 2 minutes of riding and bent pieces. Don't get me wrong I can't wait to take it out on another ride but this is a cheaply made product.Quality is ok for the price....I guess. I think the bike should be priced a little cheaper for what was received in my opinion.The instruction manual is completely useless. You will need to search a hodgepodge of YouTube videos for each step for real help. The diagrams in the manual are difficult to make out. For example - the diagram to put the chain on doesn’t really show you the path of the chain around the rear derailleur, so I ended up putting it on incorrectly and had to unlink the chain and re-link it (which failed ... more below). There’s no indication on how to adjust the brakes at the pads to make them functional and safe. There’s no indication on which side a washer goes at each connection. I saw another review where the customer complained about the instructions and the seller replied that they have improved instructions now, well as of Dec 17th 2020 when I received the bike, they don’t look improved to me. The last page hints at them having videos, but there’s no indication on where the videos are. The whole thing is in very bad broken English....which is fine for assembling other products like a bookshelf, but when it comes to assembling a bike - something that needs to be SAFE to use and has parts that needs to be installed and adjusted precisely - there needs to be expert detailed guidance.This bike took me 3 days at 3+ hours a day to assemble. It should not have taken that long!I got almost done and realized the chain was on wrong due to unclear instructions and the tool to assemble the bike chain that that came with the kit is completely awful and bent one of the chain links to the point of no return.I had to take it to a local bike shop to finish it and do final adjustments since I didn’t have confidence in the instructions that the bike was safe enough for my elderly father. I feared that something important might have been missed or mot adjusted properly.The front wheel is warped and wiggles when riding. There were scratches and scuffs on the paint on the frame. Missing some screws for the back fenders.Also 1st gear really feels like 2nd or 3rd gear should, which will be a big negative for my dad. He needs the low gears for his pace.I don’t know if I’d buy this again. The quality is about a 7 out of 10 I’d say.I ordered a 26" blue tricycle which was advertised as foldable. What I received was not. After a week or so of back and forth (had to provide a rating, they didn't have 26" folding,l, only 24" didn't have the 24" I agreed to in blue...) they replaced it.I do love it, and even though I'm only 5'3", which is an acceptable height for a 24" frame, I think the 26" would have been more comfortable.Overall a positive experience.(We took it to a shop to have it assembled, because the first one came with a book for a two wheeler, so I don't know how difficult it is to put together.)Having feet & leg health issues, the balance of two (2) wheels in the rear of the bike is a lifesaver for me. Balance is an issue due to my health issues. Not my first color choice (teal) but it had the features I wanted so I selected & purchased this bike.Got this thing today and didn’t want to spend an extra $100+ getting it put together professionally. After 3 hours of assembly i have proudly put the derailleur on. And thats it. It is missing a gasket for one of the back tires so now i have to find one thats the same size. Multiple screws were loose in the box and i had to tear the box apart to find what i can only hope is all of them. For some reason the instructions say a wrench and pliers are not included but it came with both and the wrench isnt big enough to fit on the bolts on the back tires so now i also have to find a bigger wrench. Still hoping that once i can get the stuff i need the bike itself will be worth the effort but until then i guess ill be sitting outside being consumed by mosquitoes and staring blankly at the manual.I got this three wheel bike to beable to go to food store on my own being My vehicle can't drive for awhile..Love the soft yellow, and the soft seat with back rest..Took me hours to just put frame and body together still figure out the chain and gears that is my problem need hands on for those being I am a girl don't know much about it will need help .First I had to wait a month to get my bicycle, then I had trouble with getting it assembled. When I finally got it assembled the front wheel was bent and the gears would not work properly. So I am trying to send it back but am having trouble getting to the seller. He gave me a bogus tracking number that UPS could not take. Amazon is going to have to file a claim against this re-seller because I believe it is a scam. Don't buy these type of bikes.
