Arrived intact (others have complained of problems with the emblem not being secure). Looks to be good quality. It absolutely states "Hand Wash Only" on the slip of paper that was shipped inside the mug and as with previous travel mugs that I've owned I'll do that and I'm sure I'll have no problems!07/26/16 - Update - The emblem lasted only a month or so before it fell off! Changing by rating from 5 stars to 2.Very nice cup but the picture does not match the product. Shows smaller lower half so the cup would fit into a cup holder. When the cup was received it was big from top to bottom. Cannot fit in cup holders. Pain to hold on way to work.No packaging , expensiveI really like this mug BUT even though we followed cleaning instructions and did not put it in dishwasher the Auburn emblem still fell off within two weeks :(The reason I asked for this mug was the TCU emblem on the side. While just sitting in the cupboard, the emblem dropped off. Either it's a bad design or very cheap adhesive.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - as many other customers have already posted, the emblem falls off and does so very quickly no matter how gently you wash it.COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.The mug is nice but emblem falls off. Emblem is attached with small strip of glue. If you bump it ever so slightly or hand wash it it falls off.Beautiful!! Way above expectations . Use it as a refill cup at local coffee shop. Everyone who sees it comments about it.
