Bought this for my 12 year old daughter for her Halloween costume (Georgie from "It" movie). Perfect, runs a little big, so she could layer underneath as needed for weather. She wears a size 12 and there was only Medium available. Normally, I would have ordered Large, but we took a chance and it was perfect. Not thick material by any means, but it will keep her dry as a regular raincoat now that Halloween is over.
