These. When I picked up the box it felt empty, and I tore into it afraid of having no shoes inside. Both were there. These are ultra lightweight, stretchy fabric uppers, solid soles, magnificent foam insole. They provide the perfect amount of support without feeling mushy. I have a higher arch but I walk on my heels, and these fit excellent to give me the balance, support yet light weight I need to twist, stop and turn. The ankle is cut lower and more fitted to the ankle which was a surprise, but it for well. It might be too snug for anyone with swelling, but the fabric does stretch. These are definitely not trail runners, and I don't have confidence the soles would last for long distance runners. I don't run, but I'm on my feet chasing my kids. Definitely recommend for average use, walking, parks and every day wear. Just not waterproof.
