My husband and I ordered these container hooks for his work. The hooks make lifts and rigging so much easier! When we ordered, we ordered 2 right and 2 left but recieved 4 right. I contacted the company to let them know the error. I was so impressed, they answered quickly and immediately shipped the 2 left out. I received the return label for the other 2 right hooks. I work long hours and couldn't ship them back quickly (within the week) and they actually called to make sure we had the return label and to see if any help was needed. Amazing service!
