Straightforward, organized directions. 2 edits:-Put the swing on the base before tying the rope for easy threading.-Put the sun canopy on earlier than the last step.Husband here is 285lbs, he quickly got off when I told him the weight capacity was 265lbs. But it wasn’t a notable problem for him to try it out. He is 6’2” and he did say it was slightly small for him.The rope tying (that you do yourself) is what actually holds your weight and that by itself made me nervous. But it has shown no signs of loosening in the hour I’ve laid in it. It is actually quite comfortable, especially when comparing to other hammock style chairs. It would be nice to have a higher weight capacity for comfort. As well as a way to adjust the sun canopy without having to get up.Overall it took us about an hour and 15 with one of us attending to our newborn here and there. I’d highly recommend it over other hammocks for comfort.
