Soooo… the helmet is great the quality is great the functionality works great as well. I really liked it. As for being able to hear sound from the speakers… well not so much great… I own a Harley, a cafe racer, and an Italian sport bike… the quietest one is the Italian lady(bone stock).. by far.. yea after about 2k RPM out of 12k I can’t hear s*€#… I’m an older fart but it definitely will not work for me.. fortunately the helmet was to small so I sent it back.. FYI.. for whatever reason the helmet (perhaps the batteries) is classified as “hazardous materials”.. sending it back requires a bit of work and money.This helmet is great. I ordered the exact size I am on normal helmets (some of us don’t get so lucky to have a right shaped head for a helmet online) but this fit my head shape perfectly, and the Bluetooth is plenty loud for a 80+ mph wind I receive on my naked sports bike. Noise cuts for a second occasionally but that’s the only issue I’ve noticed. Good buy ?I ordered this helmet because of its style and liked that it had Bluetooth. Ordered it February 11, received it February 16th. The soonest I was able to physically try and wear the helmet was March 12th. Upon trying helmet on a quick ride found that the Bluetooth volume control did not work as designed/ instructions spelled out. The helmet was also very noisy. I believe in riding safely and like to have full control of my bike. What good is a Bluetooth device that does not work or has to take your attention off of paying attention toothed road. I requested a replacement or refund and was told I was outside the 30 day date of purchase warranty, actually by one day. Plus I loose 5 days for shipping. Now Amazon and seller do not support the return or replacement. Amazon has FAILED to properly convey my claim to the seller accurately. I have yet to hear from Amazon A-Z. Why does amazon label this item as hazardous, AMAZON YOU REALLY SCREWED THIS ONE UP AND OTHER RECENT ORDERS!HELMET DOES NOT FIT AND YOU CANNOT RETURN IT. SO I HAVE A HELMET I CANT USEI love this helmet! I've worn it enough to feel good about leaving a review on it. It's super comfortable, not too heavy, holds up nicely in rain, doesn't fog up, the Bluetooth device is super simple and easy to use, and the speakers/microphone in the helmet both work perfectly. My only qualm with it is that it has a D-ring fastener and I've been spoiled with quick release buckles on my previous helmets; but I picked one up and I am 100% happy with it.This is my Second Torc helmet, but first time with the modular style. The bluetooth work great and last me 6-8 hours of nonstop listening on the road. the modular style helmet is a larger on the outside than their other full face helmets but same snug fit inside. Extremely comfortable padding with perfect speaker placement. My only complaint is that the charger is an old school DC that requires a wall outlet. I would prefer if it had a USB option for when on the road.Honestly, this helmet is great! It looks great, and sounds great. However the issue I am running into, it's too small. I usually use Large helmets when I ride, but this "Large" is too small for my melon. I would love to get this helmet in an XL if it's possible. Could someone let me know if I could? There is no reason to rate it lower than 5* just because the product is too small.
