I bought this for my husband. He snores real bad and also has leg cramps. This has helped him with both of these.I love this blanket. It's colors are vibrant and warm. It's lining is super soft and it just the right weight to make you feel like you are being hugged. It covers me from head to toe -- so no cold toes or shoulders. This blanket has improved my quality of sleep and when I forget to pack it when I travel, I regret it.Went to bed expecting another sleepless night, don’t recall tossing & turning, next thing I know, time to wake up! Same thing every night since I got blanket. Thank you to the inventor of this fabulous blanket.Only downside is it's a bed throw...NOT a blanket...it's not really big enough to have it on you unless you lay on your back straight lol I thought I was getting a full sized type blanket to lay with. I've got terrible nerve damage in my lumbar all the way to my feet so I was hoping to lay with it in bed at night ??‍♀️ got my husband one for his restless leg syndrome and he's happy with his, I got one from the store. Also don't get one if you have a cat...mine needed me at night and I woke up with a bed full of glass beads lmaoThis thing feels like you are wrapped up in a heavy cloud! Its so soft, yet the weight gives it a sturdy feel. I even purchased another one and I might even get another. Only drawback is the washing.
