Please do not BUY this product from this company!I bought this product when my printer said the cartridges were getting low. It looks like a Good Deal. So, I bought the 4 Pack. Well, I replaced the Black and Yellow immediately. I did not need to replace the Cyan or Magenta until last month.When I replaced the Magenta I got Magenta Lines through everything. I took the cartridge out, shook it (usual solution). Then replaced it. No change. I ran diagnostics and it indicates that the cartridge is bad. I replaced all of the "Photocondutors". No change!I called the manufacturer (on the toll free number on the package) thinking, "Hey, they'd rather replace one cartridge instead of ALL 4. And it did not seem right to send All 4 Cartridges back when I only had problem with one/two (similar but not as bad problem with the Cyan). When I spoke to the company they said the warranty on products purchased through Amazon was only 30 Days and they could not help me. Of course if I'd paid almost twice as much for the same cartridge from them, it would be covered for 1 year.I think Amazon should not let companies like this get away with this behaviour.Thank you. Good luck!Oh yea, I'm spending another $200 to correct this problem, but never another dime with this company. :-D
