my daughter has this rolling file at her office. I loved it and ordered one. Sadly mine was missing the bottom rack. I dont have the box anymore and I am left with a useless rack. If all the parts had been in my box I would have loved it. Just my luck. Going to try and find this in a local store. Well maybe I will.HeavyEasy to move and is very stable. I am using for letter size and probably won't use the set up for legal. That direction doesn't have as large a capacity. I would buy again.I bought this as a cart to roll under a table in my home office as extra moveable storage. With the open top, it makes it possible to access my shredder and have hanging files easily available. I am pleased with the ease of assembly and sturdiness, although it is not quite able to handle the weight of my small home fire safe.Reason I gave it 3 Stars for Easy to Assemble: Very poor directions. It is fairly sturdy but the sides will have to be somehow stiffened up. I do like the design and for card stock the hanging files fit very nice.I have a large amount of over size sheet music. I needed such a file system that would not break my meager budget. This fills the bill exactly. It was easy to assemble, and it appears to be sturdy.
