It's a great idea if you need to lock down your tools. It holds the cover on from is flying off will your driving down the road. I did add another hole on the bottom to bolt it down just for extra measure.This is a great product and very sturdy and is able to actually hold 2 trimmers. It can hold a chain saw also but I have a separate container for that. It was easy to attach to my trailer. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because it didn't come with a lock. It has a pin to close the box.I’ve used this on my trailer to lock up my hand held blower. Works great. Only complaints would be the hole for the padlock to lock the lid is a little small. If you want to use a sturdy lock, you’ll have to drill out the hole some. I feel this item is a little on the pricey side as well, especially given what the same model without the locking lid costs. However, there’s not much out there to choose from, so I guess they get to charge a premium.Had to cut hole in the lid for blower handle so it would closeI am a homeowner and wanted to mount my RedMax HB281 to the wall for a clean look! This was it but it needed some mounting adjustments with a few washers and some #10 1 3/4 screws. I would definitely suggest buying this. It also comes with all mounting hardware for a landscape trailer if that's what your looking for.Excellent holder for chainsaw, gas hedge trimmer, handheld blower, etc. The product comes with multiple mounting options and seems well built. I have it mounted to an enclosed trailer wall, but it can also be mounted to an open trailer. I have Stihl 2 cycle implements and these hold each item well. I am very satisfied with my purchase. They don't have locks, but you can run chain through them to secure them if needed.Mounted two of these to the angle iron on my landscape trailer in about 20 minutes. One holds my Husqvarna 550XP chainsaw and the other holds my Husqvarna 122HD60 hedge trimmer. They both work great, and hold the tools tightly in place with a couple bungee cords. I like that I'm able to run an eight foot cable lock through the tools and baskets to prevent theft. Thanks for reading.
