When I posted my review I only did so to let others know what to expect but their customer service team quickly reached out to me to see how they could rectify the problem and did so promptly.I will start by saying I LOVE this suit. My hubby loved how light the material is. BUT after wearing one time the red of the body bled onto the white fur and now the white fur is splotchy pink which looks like crap. Money wasted unless I can figure out a way to get the pink out without ruining anything.Very authentic, comes with everything you need. Looked fantastic but there was a ton of color transfer on the white fur so it was pink.For the price of this costume I guess what I expected was for the white on the costume to stay white but even if you hang it up the red rubs off on it I had Santa sitting on a white blanket and there is a clear spot where Santa was sitting on that blanket and I now have to buy a new blanket because red of course stains white things I just think for the price of nearly $100 that the quality of the fabric would be better other than that it is very realistic and I would recommend if you’re in a pinch and you want to spend that much but other than that I feel like I would’ve been better off buying the $50 one from Walmart, then at least I wouldn’t be AS upset with the red bleeding everywhere.This is a great suit for the $80 spent on it. Very dense/full beard and fancier maroon/burgundy color with gold accents. I will be ordering professional Santa boots for next year as the boot covers don’t completely cover my size 10 boots/shoes. Very impressed with kit though. The jacket is pull over so didn’t have to worry about keeping the jacket closed.I'm to fat for the belt but everything else fit well. I'm a 450lb man and the 3x fit fine. No padding needed lol.Very soft well made. I have been Santa a lot but was always supplied a cheaper suit but this one blows them out the water.Best Santa suit for the money. People who know my husband didn’t recognize him. Kids of our friends didn’t know him. The suit was high quality. He added bells from local art store to his boots and did some magic and made many kids super happy. We couldn’t be more impressed with this Santa suit. Well worth the money. We saw suits way more expensive with less pieces included and were so happy we chose this one. 100% happy we chose this — the kids who got to see Santa will never forget it.Details & embroidery were very nicely done. Everyone that saw the pictures commented on the nice suitAwesome product, my nephew knew i was Santa the year before because someone said something in front of him. But this year i got this costume miles better than the year before. He was shook and had no doubts i was Santa. Very impressed and happy, this costume made the Christmas special.The bell is an awesome touch as you could hear me walking to the door and makes for a great experience. It's a hot costume but its a full beard and big wig so its well worth it.
