We really love the looks of the bike and was relatively easy to assemble. The process was smooth until we got to assembling the rear axle, it wouldn't go through the openings on both sides. We took it to a local licensed bike shop and had it looked at. The technician stated it was "misaligned", and would be best sent back to the manufacturer, because it was new, we agreed, as there could be excessive wear on the bearings if the axle was somehow manipulated or man-handled to be made able to ride. We sent a message to the seller and about our situation. The seller agreed to accept the bike back and refund the purchase price. A return label was provided and we shipped it back. Overall, we loved the bike, it was well made and was wrapped well in the box, no dings or broken pieces, other than the misaligned rear axle assembly. The seller was very helpful thus the 4 star rating.the handle bars were rusting while being shipped. put into box with a part with the end of the frame denting and scratching the basket. many dents, missing paint. one spoke was welded backwards. honestly: Backwards. brakes dont line up because of welding mistakes. dont work properly. not happy.Love the bike, I am short legged and it is just right. The one thing I don't like , I have had it maybe a month and the Handel bars are rusting . We keep it coveredSave your money and buy a schwinn. I paid 300.00 plus for a new bike, but I was sent something that was used. Its cheaply made and when I inquired about the return of the trike the company...Bruce and Shark said that they don't pay for returns. Oh forgot to mention that the front tire had a hole in it and I had to buy new tubes. I sent pictures of the tube, but I didn't get a response. Horrible company and a horrible trike. Save your money. I'm going to see if I can salvage it online. Bought a schwinn and it's everything that the other trike was not. By all means spend the extra money for a quality product.it does not really folding. just one front part
