The trike is not great quality but it was a great price. It does work but it is apparent that it isn't "good quality"The assemble instructions, especially with regards to the rear deraller, are very difficult to follow and should have diagrams on how to feed the chain through it instead of poor quality photos. I did manage to figure this out but only by tying string around both ends of the chain and pulling them together to allow enough slack to connect the two ends. I finally had to take it to a bike shop to make sure I did it correctly and to have the shift wire attached.The bike shop told me that the deraller was poor quality and would not sync with the shift control on the handlebar. The shift control is a "Shimano" brand and there is not manufacturer's name on the deraller, or anywhere else on the bicycle. They installed a "SHIMANO ACERA RD-M" and it works fair to good now. That was an additional cost of $27.49 + 27.00 labor. The bike was almost completely assembled, the shipping box discarded and too late to return to Amazon. Otherwise I would be returning it for credit.You need to advise the manufacturer of this problem and I would appreciate some form of compensation for the new deraller.Thank you, Tom BrownAll three tires were dry rotted when we received them the gears were stripped and the basket doesn't stay together. Do yourself a favor and by local.I was excited to buy this bike. We got it and it came with the wrong set of instructions and some important bolts were missing. I paid to have it professionally put together. They warned me that the quality is bad and I could injur myself. My first ride out, the metal bar where the handle bars are bent forward and then the chain broke. I ended up skinning my achilles heal and getting stitches.I reached out to Amazon and the seller and was denied a refund. DO NOT BUY.Poor quality and instructions. I don not recommend it. I am going to return it.My husband loves this bike.has gotten him out of house after dbl bypass.bhe is a big guy and it keeps balanceTerrible so far .arrived with defective tubes and tires asked company to replace them and no response or refunds .very unhappy with this productIt is hard for a woman to put it together by herself. The pictures make it easier.
