I ordered the trampoline with the armrest to help with balance (I'm 66 and not in great shape). The trampoline is great. It is a very good core workout, and is also great for flushing the lymphatic system. We had some problems at the start, as there were no instructions as to the attachment of the armrest, which is not in the least intuitive. We tried everything we could think of and showed it to friends and we never came up with a way to attach it. However the seller kept working with me, and I sent pictures, and they managed to describe the attachment of the armrest. We now have it together and it's very stable. I would recommend that the seller always include instructions with the armrest. The seller has been very responsive and helpful. Good product and good customer service.
