If you want to return this awful excuse of a toaster they automatically keep 50% of your money!!!! How convenient. They know they are selling junk & that a sane person would return upon receipt and they have built into your purchase that they automatically make $45 for NOTHING! I am appalled. I have never been paranoid about ordering things made in Asian countries however, I now feel otherwise. I will NOT be purchasing ANYTHING on Amazon, or anywhere else , from these countries!!
