I absolutely love this bike and style which is why I give it 4 stars but the assembly was extremely difficult I had my bf and dad both struggling due to the poor quality instructions. Look us forever along with watching a bunch of YouTube videos to figure it all out. Love the style and the overall bike but the assembly of it was not ideal.It turned out quite nice after many minor adjustments. Granddaughter likes itThe frame and the outer part is great but the mechanics getting everything adjusted just right kinda difficult have to take it to a bike shopJust the difficulty in putting it together. Simple one speed only needed for an adult trike..I bought this thinking that it was electric. It is not.It was impossible to assemble. The assembly instructions were impossible to follow. It was missing parts. Front brake brake broke before I could attach it.The manufacturer gave me a $69 refund when I complained. It cost me $180 to get it assembled, add the missing and broken parts.The repair shop said they will never touch an Amazon adult tricycle again.Pictures in manual are not clear or detailed enough to put together. Screws that are installed are cross threaded, threads in holes are painted, holes don,t line up to install parts, overall shoddy workmanship.6 hrs so far and still not done. (By the way I put things together as part of my job)This bike is very difficult to ride and cheaply made. Returning immediately. Returned. Still no refund.
