Perfect slipper with GREAT high arche support plus wide toebox for comfort! Love These SO MUCH had to get a second pair for outdoors too!! Hint - Get a shoehorn for EASY On!!!My second pair. The first pair I literally wore everyday while working from home for two years. Love these! Very reliable, rubber sole useful for traction.I wear a 9.5 to 10 shoe size. The large were way too big. The mediums were way too short. I took a chance and bought the BureBure slippers. Only then did I see the thickness of felt, thickness and flexibility of sole and fit and finish were superior to these.... I found some time ago that European sizes are more accurate, so when I have the option I go with the EU sizes. I did so this time as well. I wear a men's 13 in US sizes, but it is a little too big. A 12 is a little too small. EU sizes solve that for me in that EU 46 would be about a men's 12.5 if it were available , which most times it is not. I ordered the men's 46 here and it is, as usual, a near perfect fit. 1/8" either way would be too big or too small, my typical US size choices. The pair is a little pricey for house shoes, but the comfort level is easily worth the money.Mine seem to gradually conform to the sole of my foot and get a little more comfortable each time I wear them, but the interior doesn't pack down like I would think that a solid wool shoe might be inclined to do. This far into it, I am impressed. I don't know yet about longevity, and they are a little clumsy to get on, for me anyway, but I believe the comfort they offer on a cold tile floor in the winter is worth the price of admission if they only last one winter.I got these for my significant other as a Christmas gift. I was afraid he might not use them, because he has no house shoes except his sneakers and boots. At first, he said he rotates his shoes, so he didn’t need to let them air out between uses. He tried them on and decided they are so comfortable and warm in the house. He wears them so much now that there’s no question he is happy with them. Turns out this was a leap into his uncharacteristic side that worked out great. He told me he is really happy with them, but the proof is that he wears them so often. Says they are great after showering, too. Unlike as pictured with the box, he wears socks with them because the idea of shoes without socks is verboten to him. These thick wool slippers are amazing- I wear them without socks here in my mile-high mountain winters. Twice I had to kick them off because my feet got too hot!!!- and I'm a senior citizen! I tried the non-leather sole slippers and didn't like them, they were too rounded on the bottom, my big toe tended to slide towards the inside edge, so I'm sticking with the leather bottoms. They're my house shoes but I can go outside briefly on the porch or snow without them getting wet or weird on the bottoms. Glerups you did good!I bought these for a gift. I’m on my 3rd pair. My first pair (leather sole) lasted several years even wearing them outside on gravel. I finally wore them out because I tend to sit with my ankles crossed and rub on foot against the other so wore through where it rubs. My second pair I thought I’d try the rubber sole. My friend liked them so much I gave them away and got my third pair again with the leather sole because they didn’t have any in my size with the rubber sole. I’ll get a pair someday and I’ll even where them as shoes because they look so nice.I love these cosy comfy THICK wool felt bootie slippers. They stay on my feet far better than the clog version in the same size with rubber soles (gave them to a friend who wanted to try Glerups.) If your heels slip a lot in the clog style, try these. I had no back of ankle/leg irritation at any point, they were perfectly comfortable right out of the box for me. Astonishing quality and I suspect I'll have these for years.Prices are eye watering for slippers (for us anyway) BUT you won’t regret it.Immediately comfortable, warm but not hot, they breathe so well.I have the slip on version which I regret (I wish I had the full ankle cover)Stunning and cosy, they’re built to last many many years. They are on my feet right now! Ordered a pair for my mother and she hasn't worn anything else since she got them.
