Although this says a 3 person swing it is only a 2 person swing. It even says 2 person on box and 1 of the foot pieces was cracked/broken. I give it a 5 star because it is beautiful swing and was so easy to put together.The customer service from the sellers were5 STARThis swing would be wonderful if it weren’t for the inadequate cheap cushions you feel like you are sitting on the barsWouldn’t purchase again unless they upgraded the cushionsSwing is quite a bit smaller than anticipated. Fabric is a lot thinner than we’d like and the cushion leaves a lot to be desired.The bolts that hold the top together are easily stripped by the blowing wind. I have had this swing for two months and the fabric has faded terribly. I would not purchase this product again.The canvass tore the plastic peace that holds the canopy broke then when I call the company it came from they couldn't help me. I will never buy anything from this company again.Put together in about a hour with 1 person. It does come with the "tools" needed but I recommend having a few of your own near by. You will need a 10 wrench and an Allen key. The swing says the max weight is 450 but I wouldnt push it lol. The cushions slide but they are comfy to sit on. Although the canopy cover is a bit thin it does bloc kn the sun. Unsure how it will hold up in the sun with the material. I ordered the burgundy and it's more of a plum color. All that said my wife absolutely loves it and we agree the quality for the price is great.Bought 2, one for our daughter, one for ourselves. Both broke we within 4.5 months. Junk! I wouldn't recommend wasting your money. Rotten purchase.Changed my mind about ordering it but it was too late to cancel so I decided to keep it. I was pleasantly surprised, all the parts were there and it was somewhat easy to put together, booklet was well written. The cushions were thicker than what they looked and its quite comfortable. The canopy however is very thin and I expect it will need replacing next season but overall, a great value for the money.This was very easy to set up and take down . Light weigh and could be brought in for the winter... well made and a great swingBeautiful! Thank you very much!
