I love how compactly this walker folds up. It is small enough that I fold it up unnecessarily just to show people how small it is.It doesn’t appear to clip shut though. That is problematic. It takes on the personality of an octopus when folded. I use a long strip of double-sided Velcro to keep it closed and to make it easier to lift and carry. (the kind to sticks well to itself but doesn’t grab everything else too badly and has the hooks of one side and the loops on the other. The type where the hook side isn’t too scratchy)The removable front wheels can be stuffed into the storage bag if that’s not already filled with goodies. Otherwise they are a little bit inconvenient when removed. There starts to be a lot of parts to keep track of. It’s no big deal if you are just loading it all in and out of the trunk, but if you are moving the walker and other stuff, it is not a one handed item.I only take the wheels off because I put the walker on the passenger side of an old mini pickup truck. I can drag the walker right across the bench seat from the driver’s side, right by the steering wheel. (ikr!? That’s pretty compact!)The seat isn’t as comfortable as the padded kind on rollators that fold front-to-back, but you knew that. It is not a big cushion; those don’t fold. I can feel the bars on either side because I have a wide backside. I don’t expect to use it to sit for longer than most people my age would be expected to stand, so it doesn’t need to be a la-z-boy. It’s comfortable enough that I can take the weight off of my feet confidently and not regret my purchase. The back rest feels sturdy. The only thing I dislike is it detaches easily. Presumably that is because when the walker is folded it sticks out quite a bit so one is meant to remove it for folding. What’s worrisome is that, because I have an ample backside, when I stand my waistband catches the backrest and it often lifts off. I’m sure I will lose the part unless I find a way to secure it. That will make removing it for folding less convenient, but reordering a backrest would be much more of a hassle. I wish it was secured with a simple thumb clip or something. I would probably even leave it attached while folded when size doesn’t matter.Overall I am really happy with this. I’m taking it traveling so I’ll be giving it a serious test soon.
