Arrived 03-04-15. Opened the box, which was inside out, and all the hardware was loose. As you can probably guess, some of the hardware was missing. The drum itself was all nicked up. Probably wont affect the usefulness of the product. I sure hope not. Item was easy to put together after a trip to the hardware store to purchase the necessary hardware to finish assembling the product. The instruction booklet was also ripped. Thank goodness for tape.
