Pay Amazon to put it together on delivery. Do not expect expert service but it will get you 95% there. Then use local bike shop to tune it.Local bike shop will tune it but will not agree to put it together.If you don’t understand the directions, ask questions. The company was really good at getting back to me. I’m a 66 year old woman that put it together, It’s made sturdy, will hold up to 350 lbs. Easy to peddle.Could be a bit more sturdy but over all a great bike. Only down side is tubes could be a bit more beefy there are a lot better tubes out there.So disappointed. It is a beautiful bike.. but… - it is not easy to put together, it came in a giant box with lots and lots of little parts to assemble. I had my hubby assemble the bike since he is proficient at bike mechanics. He said the worst part was putting the basket together with the weird clamps. The basket is not of high quality. Baskets are easily swapped out and available online. The bike is way too tall .. I am 5’1” tall or 61 inches tall, I can not reach the seat even at the lowest setting, this is the 24” model. If I do manage to get up into the seat I can not reach the ground at all. I am an older lady and I do not feel safe or comfortable not being able to reach the ground.The bike is orange but it is not the antique pastel Orange as the picture shows, it is a bright bold neon orange.. which is not really bad but not what I saw pictured.Otherwise, this is a very beautiful trike. Comes with nice wide tires, sturdy frame, comfortable seat for bigger posteriors, good brakes, shifts smoothly.. I am just really disappointed that I can not ride it.Shipping was somewhat slow. Once we received and started putting it together we had to start and stop because we got so frustrated and confused. It probably took a week and a half to assemble because we kept getting mad at it/each other/the world. Just totally fed up.You have to assemble each and EVERY part of the bike from the frame to the wheels, chain, brake and gear cables (EVERYTHING). We didn’t know anything about bike assembly or adjusting the brakes and derailleur so we had to keep looking up YouTube videos to help because the instruction book is unhelpful at best. We were also missing a rear fender (as well as a couple nuts and bolts I didn’t discover until later).So I will say that the seller was quick to reply and send a new fender (albeit via usps not FedEx like the bike was). The replacement fender did look like it came off a floor model or something (not the exact color, glossy instead of matte and the holes were punched in different spots so my rear reflectors aren’t even, also a little scratches and the area around the screw holes a bit bent like it had been screwed on and taken off a bike already).Now that it is put together I am looking forward to riding it and will update with how it rides/lasts but I was super discouraged by the whole assembly process. We bought my husband a bike online and when it arrived it was 90% assembled, we didn’t need any special bike knowledge to finish it and was put together in a night. I wish I could say this one was anything like that.Arrived in good condition with no shipping damage and all parts included.Bike is not a very sturdy bike. It is confusing to assemble. And I wish I had spent the extra money to get a scheming.
