This cage was an exact replacement of the cage our conure came with when we adopted him a few years ago, just got a different color. It was in ok shape then, I’m not really sure why it had so much wear and tear but besides that, we loved the cage and so does our conure. That being said, this cage was so easy to put together! I’m not sure if it’s because I already had a good idea of what it should look like, but I had no issues. It looks great and I can’t wait to get him switched over to his new home! His old cage also didn’t come with a play top or the seed guard (not sure what happened to them…) so I am excited to have these options now for his new one. This cage also has an updated main cage lock, which I like better, it seems more secure. I also already know Prevue has excellent customer service and stands by their products, I have ordered directly from them in the past
