My son absolutely loves his loft bed! He is 6 & had recently grown out of his bed so we decided on this one, since he wanted to sleep on a top bunk. Railings are high enough to safely keep him in & he LOVES his new bed. My husband easily assembled it & we are overall happy with this purchase!I would like to start by addressing the issue people have said with the ladder not being able to be moved, if you want it near the wall like we did just switch the B1 and B2 panels to opposite sides from the instructions and then turn the bar the ladder screws to to put the ladder in the spot closest to the back. We originally assembled how the instructions explained but wanted the ladder away from our daughter ceiling fan so we just switched B1 and B2. Pretty easy. I will say its way taller than expected and we will be cutting the legs a bit to lower it so our daughter can sit up but that's out own issue. It is a bit wobbly but nothing a little engineering can't fix. We also bought too thick of a mattress so will have to rig up something to keep her from rolling out but that also isn't the manufacturers problem it's ours. Easy fix. All in all its a decent frame for the money and our daughter is excited to have more floor space in her room as its fairly small.It is definitely worth the money to have professional assembly. Especially to be safe sleeping on it, the parts are very heavy, and even with two people it's a lot to figure out.This was easy to assemble. Take note of the height of your ceiling before you purchase this. It is very tall. I bought an 8 inch mattress for it, which leaves only a few inches of side rail to protect my son from rolling off, which made me nervous. The ladder is painful to use and makes it’s difficult to climb all the way up and into the bed. I bought a separate ladder that slants and has wider slip-proof steps to use instead.peerfect for the price! cant get better sturdy good material!! been using it for months now two adults on it! handles 160lbs each npGot two of these and they were easy to put together. My kids love them, they save space, and they are sturdy. Great value and we’d buy more if needed.I like the size, the fact that there is space in the bottom to store items. There is perfect space top and bottom to sit up comfortably. Now to see if it withstands the test of time. My 8 and 10 year old loved them. The top bunk does need about an 8 inch mattress no bigger so the person does not roll over and fall.My son ordered this bed and the picture is a little deceiving. It was easy to assemble he did it by himself and took it down by himself. Reason for return was unless you have very high ceilings in the bedroom you will not be able to sit up. Also he used his regular mattress from his bed and it went right to the edge of the rail causing worry that he would fall off. I will say it was a solid and sturdy bed and sad that it did not work out because there was plenty of room to put his desk, chair and dresser underneath.
