No instructions but easy to figure out. The mold excess could use some attention, otherwise cart is greatThis cart is very sturdy and wide. We bought a double margarita machine to put on it and it holds it very well. Moves easily and is a very good quality.Best cart I’ve ever used.Perfect for working in my workshop! It may cost a little more, but you won’t regret it!Straightforward product, heavy duty, good quality and was easy to assemble.Bought two of these. They work great for my needs.I am NOT a Handy Man I am a computer nerd, that said I had this Rubbermaid truck assembled correctly in under 30 minutes with just an powerful electric screw driver using a Phillips head bit. I might be a computer nerd but I buy good tools. Anyway the cart was easy to put together. The molded and stamped components are like a child's puzzle they really don't lend themselves to being put together wrong. The cart has ample space. This cart's claim to holding 500 pounds is accurate but alas painfully misleading. Each of this carts two shelves is rated to carry only 250 pounds which collectively add up to 500 pounds total capacity. So using the carts own weight tolerances know that you can never place a single 500 pound object on a single shelf without overloading this cart. So buy this cart ONLY IF your per shelf item weights never exceed the carts self proclaimed 250 pound per shelf weight limit. You don't need to take my word for it the weight limits per shelf are stamped into the plastic that comprise the shelves themselves.Don't get me wrong I am still happy with my purchase but the 500 pound capacity should be followed by a really big fat asterisk that advises the customer to the fact that that 500 pound capacity must be separated EVENLY 250 pounds per across each of its two shelves. The cool thing about Amazon.com is it lets consumers help each other out by leaving reviews to add material facts affecting the buying decision the makers of some items carelessly leave out. All in all this is a fine cart. The screws are huge. The plastic has a strong feel about it. While there is a very slight plastic body flex to this cart when pushing heavy loads up steep hills the plastic cart flex is not by any means extreme. The wheels roll reasonably well over smooth marble floors, wood floors and vinyl flooring. The cart struggles in plush carpet and performs reasonably well rolling on short commercial carpet. The cart rolls well on asphalt taking small bumps and pavement irregularities in stride. Larger bumps, potholes and pavement irregularities are a challenge for this and most other hand carts. I find the cart is easiest to control when the swivel wheels are in front and the fixed wheels are in back giving shopping cart type performance. My only rap about this cart is the screws needed to secure the outer handle assembly to the truck is tucked way up insight the handle. The screws position in the outer handle require use of a VERY LONG Narrow extension on a screw driver just to access the turn head of the screw, which is an indication of bad or ill conceived design. Considering the amount of brute force torque needed to tighten these screws placing the screw heads in such an inaccessible position was just stupid from a design standpoint so I removed a star downgrading to four stars. The handle is not a deal breaker for me but; I can't over look it because it takes away from the ease this carts of assembly. If I had it to do again, I'd buy this cart again without even thinking about it because; I am blessed with a strong 6 ft 8 in 320 pound brother who has the brute strength to turn screws no matter how inaccessible they are. Bottom line, I like the cart and recommend it with the caveats I state herein.Great utility carts, its our 4th one and they are strong, sturdy and easy the clean. This past one I was sent the wrong hardware package. You need #14x1" self tapping screws. I was sent bolts with nuts and washers. Called Rubbermaid, 30 minutes later the rep said they don't send out the hardware packages separately. Went on Amazon to return, says no returns on this item. Went to hardware store, spent $7.50 on the correct screws and quickly assembled the unit. All is working fine.Pretty easy to assemble. The cart is much lighter then i expected while empty, but feels very sturdy when there is load on it, even when pushed to its limits(250lbs on each level). One thing to note, is it tells you to put the rotating wheels on the back of the cart. It gives you a bit more maneuverability and handling. Where i use this there are tight corners in to doorways that can make the cart awkward to maneuver through, and require me to lift the end without the rotating wheels to pivot the cart around a tight corner. this is really awkward to do trying to reach across the cart while you are halfway through a doorway. I switched the wheels so that the rotating wheel are on the front. This gives the benefit of having the side that needs to be lifted to pivot on my side of the cart. This also means you can use the big rugged handle to lift. The one issue I have is other departments around the office like to steal it instead of using their old lower quality carts. >.
