Love this swing. Wish I could give it 5 stars but I just can’t. Very sturdy and high quality. My problem is with the cushions. The bench itself is a nice sturdy canvas, but the cushions are 3 separate “seat” cushions. Back and sear same but 3 cushions sit side by side. Nice thickness on cushions but they are silky and slippery. They don’t stay in position well. We are going to go buy some sew on Velcro and sew a strip on top of the back part of the cushion and have it Velcro to the back of the bench. Might also Velcro each sear to each other (because right now they are all over the place and not sitting the same. We night also get some shelf lining mats to put under the seat part. Frustrating that we have to do this. But of all the swings I saw, this is super well made and has nice and high weight limit. So it’s worth extra hassle to keep the cushions in place. If the cushions had a strap to secure to the back to keep in place this would 100% be 5 stars. Easy to assemble and sturdy- 5 stars for those 2 parts. But absolutely AWFUL for the cushions and how they won’t seat in position. Cushions thick enough and comfy but just slide out of position too muchI gave it 3 stars due to the seat flooding very often and needing to dump it out in the morning. It should be more of a mesh with holes like one I had before. (More details below but this is a bad design.) I love the color since we just got a blue umbrella. Normally I wouldn’t choose blue but it goes perfectly with our green cushions and blue that the seat floods ever time it rains just a little. I DON’T LIKE that the SEAT FLOODS almost daily. I had a swing like this before but the seat was mesh and has thousands of little holes and it dried almost immediately. I would look for a swing that has that as holes and is more mesh, it is pretty frustrating, I need to go out each morning almost and dump it out. Also, this came with many scratches. I went and bought rustolium paint to touch it up to match and almost immediately there were rust spots. I do like that it lays down, this design is different but works. It is affordable but I paid about the same for the one with a better seat and it came with less scratches. My husband said the directions weren’t the best but it took about 2 hours and you will need 2 people at some times. The canopy is better than my old one and looks better but it does have a good amount of movement in the fabric and we don’t find we really need it and it looks better without it.The unit is well constructed with extra support. I found the instructions vague in several areas; however, overall... okay. The finished unit looks, feels, and performs exceptionally well. Gave this to my wife for her birthday and she LOVES it. Placed it on a deck which required the addition of support blocks; preventing it from sliding off the side of the deck. It was the last piece needed to complete our deck.The back of the swing does not sit straight up. It feels like you might slide out while sitting in it.Very nice swing. It doesn't lock in the bed position. I contacted the seller which was very helpful. They sent out another swing. It had the same problem. I think that there is just a defect in the design. Other than that it's a great swing.I like the swing but the seat is too narrow for 3 people. Unless they are very skinny. Seat needs to be widerThis is very comfortable. Not too complicated in the assembly although I didn’t do it my husband did. High quality swing for the price. We love it! The only thing I wish it had would be side tables to place your drink maybe they can incorporate that in their future.This swing is so sturdy a severe thunderstorm blew it across the yard but it was not damaged! I got it for my daughter’s birthday for her new house/porch and she loves to sit on it in the morning and drink her coffee! Pricey but worth it!
