The Product Dimensions are the first numbers, 23x12x14, and who knows where the second numbers come from. There is a 1/2" lip on the leading top edge, therefore inside dimensions are about 23x11.5.Too bad because the 2 FLO-FAST gas cans I specifically purchased this for are 11.25x12 each.Otherwise the product is of great quality.
