I received an the AeroPilates 651 reformer and the box and pole have made a big difference in the number and types of movements I can complete. The box is very sturdy and it comes with an easy to use foot strap. The pole is great for standing movements. It provides support and stability without being too heavy. It collapses down and I use it as a straight bar looped through my door/wrist straps. It’s expensive, but helpful!
