I received the product no issue which is a blessing when your address is wonky like mine. They not only were on time but since their cloning hormone wasn’t available in the US they sent a pack of clonex to use. As well as having tremendous customer service, THIS STUFF WORKS, after only a week and a half of feeding the vigor and life came flowing back into the garden, I’m with diablo 100% of the wayStarter kit came with a missing item as it's not allowed in the U.S. I contacted seller in regards to missing item. They are sending me goodies in place of what's missing. I've researched nothing but positive things about this nutrient line. Super stoked to put it to good use.Great customer service.
