Dr. Martens Unisex Gladiator Sandals with Buckle Strap - Comfortable Leather Footwear for Men & Women | Perfect for Summer Outfits, Casual Wear & Music Festivals

I've owned several Doc Marten shoes and boots over the years. I've loved them all, not only for the comfort, styles, and colors, but also for their quality and durability. In my search for a stylish, yet comfortable men's sandals, this pair caught my eye. My criteria was for a men's sandal that was masculine but stylish. I barely have arches in my feet's shape. Additionally, they are slender but long. Therefore, comfort was also very important. This pair fit all of my criteria. They're very comfortable, and give me the arch support I've grown to love from all of my past and present `Docs.' I was a little apprehensive that they were going to look a bit feminine, as they're defined as unisex. To my surprise, the traditional thick soles, and wide straps, obliterated my concern. It's rare to come across a style of sandals that can flatter bare feet, regardless of the steward's gender. Doc Martens' designers of these sandals achieved that feat, as we (men) have had limited choices in stylish sandals w/o making our feet too feminine.This shoe is awesome but I had to return because of fit issues. My right toe was injured and healed up funny, so the straps are really tight going across the toe area. This is due to my toe, not the shoe. It fits my left foot just fine. I have the Clarissa II Quads that don't give me this problem, so I guess I'll just stick with that... I love the Quad platform soles; they are much better than the EVA ones. I wear a ladies US women 8.5, so I got Women 8/UK 6. If you wear Docs, you would get your normal size. Don't size down unless you want your toes hugging the edge.The sandals look snazzy & are comfortable. I also wear a size 9 in the vegan Doc Martens boots & these fit very similar.My one complaint is that Amazon sent me a pair that were clearly returned, possibly more than once. They looked mostly new, but the top straps were very wrinkled/creased & there were noticeable scrapes on the faux-leather by one of the buckles.For $130 I kinda expected them to be 100% fresh. But I get with the Amazon wardrobe thing, people are going to send stuff back. That said, I feel the price shoulda been slightly reduced for not being in perfect condition... ?‍♂️Came quickly. Toes pinched but expanded overtime. Sturdy with Air Weir sole. Hopefully still made in UK and not PRC...slave labor? The UK ones last forever and are repairable so they are eco sustainable.these sandals are great! they’re my first pair of Doc Martens and i’ve loved them. the first time i wore them a had a few blisters but i think i just didn’t pull the strap tight enough, haven’t had any issues since i started wearing them a little tighter. i normally wear a size 7 to 8 depending on the brand. i got a 7 in these and it’s a good fit, i fasten then on the third hole of the strap and it’s definitely not too tight.The silver is everything! It's so shiny and goes with more than you'd think. I am a Women's 10 (10.5" foot) and ordered the U.K. 7 since docs run a size too big. It's nice and snug, and much lighter than the Clarissa or either popular Dr Marten sandals. It does squeak as you're breaking them in, but they're comfortable right out of box.Las sandalias son muy incómodas, no considero que mi pie sea ancho y estás sandalias son muy pequeñas de lo ancho no las pude tener puestas más de 10 min me lastimaron, pésima compra. It’s also the first non leather product I’ve bought from them. They look expensive. These shoes actually get a score of 10! They look even better in person.
