It did not come with instructions. I asked how to set and got a response, but it didn’t help.Awesome product. My wife loves it!! Go BearsThis was listed as new, but was actually a used item. Furthermore, the combination lock was set to some unknown number. Since it was used, someone had already set the lock, so there was no way to open the suitcase. Waste of time and a terrible Christmas gift.
