Did not need the handle or base items, so only bought the reel to replace my current one which snapped under heavy snow. My fault! Otherwise, was quite happy with it's performance. Unfortunately, received the new reel which did not include the 2 small end sockets (see the item picure). Those are needed for installation of the handle and end stands which I had saved. Sent a message to the seller. Hopefully, I can update this review shortly. Sure enough, received response immediately and parts within a week.
