What differentiates this training aid from the other swingspeed trainers out there is the added feel delivered by the air resistance. Other training aids just feel like you’re swinging a stick with a weight on the end. This one is hard to explain but the feel is quite satisfying. The resistance gradually increases as you near impact so it forces you to accelerate. The shaft and grip appear to be quality components which is a plus. The training protocols are easy to follow and simple enough to memorize. The only thing I would caution is the act of swinging the shaft without any of the Aero units installed. It is the last step of the training protocol and intended to be the part where you swing the fastest. The shaft is so light on its own, I found it easy to potentially injure your arms or shoulder. Overall, I highly recommend.This works great to help improve ball distance and tempo. Fairly easy to attack to your clubs using the reusable zip ties. Works great!
