This safe, non-contact infrared thermometer measures surface temperatures from -58- to 660-degrees Fahrenheit. An oversize 1.1-inch LCD readout provides a split-screen display of both infrared and thermocouple temperature readings. Additional features include adjustable emissivity, a Fahrenheit/Celsius switch and maximum/minimum temperature lock modes. K-type thermocouple probe not included. Requires two (2) AAA batteries (included).

Not accurate. We have multiple infrafed thermometers which were much more expensive; thought we would try something more affordable. Tested it multiple times with 3 other thermometers which measured within a quarter degree; this was off by more than 12 degress every test.
