I would consider this to be an XC platform pedal. Not really durable enough for hard trail riding. Mine started to develop hairline cracks on the spindle sleeves of the pedal rendering them pretty much donezo after 9 months. Thin profile along w soft mag body just doesnt last too long if you're an aggressive rider. Pins arent the gripiest either. Can swap w grub pins.
