I bought this product for a family member who has problems with balance. It serves them well. However, the "out of box" experience with this product was very poor.First, the item was delivered in its store carton, no shipping box and unsealed. The contents of the box could have been lost or pilfered because only cardboard flap locks secured the carton, no tape, no nothin'. The next sinking feeling comes while unpacking the contents of the carton and matching the parts to the drawings in the instruction pamphlet - hardware does not match. Then, you notice the disclaimer at the bottom of the sheet "Actual Items Might Vary Slightly", no, they vary significantly, nylon clasps replace bolts and wing nuts. I did receive all the pieces necessary, but you couldn't prove it by the instruction pamphlet. The assembly instructions are a series of pictures with minimal text. Many of the pictures are too small and too tight of shots to be of good use. Photos show assembly of brake cables, even though they came pre-assembled.The next issue takes the cake, however. The chassis and the front wheel assemblies are marked L and R even though the front wheel assemblies are identical. On the other hand, the back wheel assemblies are not marked and are mirror images of each other due to their hand grips - these are the ones that should be marked. Further, they are keyed, but fit two ways, 180 degrees apart, so it is possible to install them wrong, both L and R as well as placing the brake cables toward the front or the back. Photos in the instructions shed no light on these ambiguities. Finally, after trial and error, I found the correct side and direction to install the rear wheels. It's not clear if somebody at the factory is playing a joke with this or if they're just that dumb. It's a nice rollator for a reasonable price, but if you have no patience or mechanical aptitude to assemble the unit without the benefit of decent instructions, consider a different one. This is perfect walker for my dad. With the adjustable seat height, its so much easier for him to stand. Rolls easily.Perfect Height because of the 8 inch wheels and plenty of holes to raise the handle bars so that I can walk as straight as possible. Rolls over most cracks in the sidewalk.Very good quality. Strong (rated for 250lb). Maneuverable - large wheels help a lot. It requires assembly - basically attaching the wheels and handles. And the brakes needed some adjustment. Instructions are included but they are not perfect. The seat height may be high for a person under 5’6”.As someone who has had several walkers over the years this one is by far the best. It has many great features. The padded seat is VERY comfortable, the curved back is much better than the straight bar on your back. The large wheels let you maneuver it in many more situations, the removable/washable bag under the seat allows you to store many items (purse, mail etc.) without getting in the way. Many other walkers have baskets in front which are easy to bump into and greatly reduces its maneuverability. Thay was always the first thing to get rid of. The brakes are great as is the padding on the curved back rest.I liked these so much I ended up buying 2 of them - one for upstairs and another for downstairs.I do have 2 complaints. it is sort of hard fold up although there is a bar under the seat you just pull up to fold it.. i use a bungee cord to keep it together when it s folded up. The other is the metal brakes on the rear tires stick out a little and are easy to scratch doors and walls. I found the solution for that using doggie finger toothbrushes of all things. They fit over the metal edges of the brakes perfectly which saves my doors and walls.I'm 58 years and have had MS for over 35 years and still going strong. I keep a mobility scooter in my car because I can't walk very far and that allows me to go almost anywhere but it doesn't work well in homes, especially other people's. That is another place where the walker works best. I am so glad I found this walker!I have been using a cane for a few years due to back and knee pain and find that when I walk longer distances it makes my shoulder hurt. I also have serious problems with I have to wait in lines which can not only be painful on the spine and knee, but also cause my legs to go numb. Very dangerous. This looked like a great solution since I get even support while walking, and a place to sit down when I get stuck in a line. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the bold that holds one of the swiveling wheels on was not properly fastened at the factory, and I noticed this only when it had come so loose that is was rubbing on the tire, causing wobbling and uneven wear. I still need to contact them and see if they will replace the one wheel since it is damaged from the bolt rubbing on the wheel for quite a while before I notice the issue. I will update when I get a response from the company so I can rate them on customer service.Fairly easy to assemble. Brakes came preattaced and work perfectly. Only drawback for those non mechanically inclined is that the instructions are just pictures and several of the steps are not necessary because the brakes are reassembled. This is my secocarCarex walker. My first was a hand me down from my brother who passed away ten years ago. Nothing wrong with the first walker other than occasionally needing the brakes readjusted and the seat wearing out. I now have a walker for use outside in the desert and one to use exclusively inside of the house.A la persona a la que se le envió le encantó.entrega en tiempo razonable y el articulo excelente
