The bike looks good and has a lot of features for the price. We got it all put together and couldn't get one of the brakes to quit rubbing. We took it to a bike mechanic so he could adjust it since we aren't really experts. Unfortunately the little part of the frame that the disc brakes attach to is bent and he couldn't make any adjustments that solved the problem. The bent frame causes the brakes to stay out of the proper position. I emailed customer support as it said to in the instruction manual, but still haven't received a response after several days. I liked the bike but unfortunately I will have to return it as my return window is almost up.As a follow up to my November 2021 review, this bike has been nothing but one problem after another. Faulty shifting, wobbly rear wheel, missing parts, etc. Amazon and the manufacturer have been no help at all. My local bike shop owner told me that this bike is not worth fixing, parts and workmanship are terrible. They called it a "throwaway bike". If you are even a "semi serious" biker, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BIKE.Frame is too small knees Hit The handlebar seats uncomfortableFound this bike very uncomfortable and even after biking almost daily for several years this new bike caused several muscle and ligament problems. The handlebar cannot be adjusted higher. Lesson learned: Do not buy a bike online unless you test it first.
