Easy enough to assemble. Directions are pretty good. Photos are helpful but difficult to tell left from right in photos. Quality is good. Never tried a three wheel bike before and discovered it is much more difficult to ride than 2 wheel.I ordered this bike for an older child that never mastered regular bike and really wanted to bike with family/ friends.I looked everywhere for a second hand option but could not find one so finally decided to buy this one which was a lot less expensive then most adult tricicles.The assembly instructions were garbage. After trying to put it together for a week I finally took it down to a local bike shop where they put together the bike and installed missing parts. It was an additional cost that I did not think I would have to make.The quality of the product is poor and I would not recommend it for anyone over 140 lb. I tried to ride it and I found it very difficult since I am used to regular bike.This said, the kids love it they use it quite a lot since its a novelty for all and had no problem riding it.I will be on the look out for a second hand better quality one since I am not sure how long this one will last.I received the bike in the wrong color and sent the display color, had to keep it they wouldn't take it back! nowhere did it say the color I selected(orange) wasn't available it just put in the purple display bike and that's what I was sent and received and forced to keep as being my error, I pressed on unpacked the purple one, my special needs boy just wanted to ride a bike well after putting it all together the chain pops off it doesn't stay in selected gears making the bike useless the railer and sprockets are slightly bent and I think axle is as well ? the bike doesn't roll too well and there was damage to the frame after I removed the packaging not sure if it was a repackaged used one or happened during the manufacturer? needless to say, they took $40 off a broken bike save yourself time and money and go bike shops.I ordered a tricycle I thought was new and unused - it was labeled as such - but it came with literal animal teeth marks *in the metal* on some sections, and in some plastic parts. Also it was partially assembled in ways that indicated someone had begun putting it together and then stopped and sent it back - maybe because their dog chewed on it! It was also missing 3 screws - 2 for the rear fenders and 1 for the basket assembly. I found loose screws in the bottom of the box, also indicative of someone tossing things in.The instructions were confusing. All the lines/wires are labeled for “from the right handle” which is physically impossible. They optimistically give a timeframe of 130 minutes to assemble, but if you’re doing this alone give yourself a good 6 hours.Purchased this for my mom so she could enjoying riding with us at the park. She is really enjoying this bike. The back rest is a plus. The only negative I have to say is the amount of time it took to put it together. It arrived completely disassembled.Haven’t got the bike fix yet. Don’t buy and wait to long to put it together, you only have 30 days to return it.Assembly was challenging but all parts were included. The included booklet is generally good with high quality paper and pictures. I spend the better part of three days on assembly. I could not find the recommend tire pressure on any of the paperwork or on the 20 inch tires. Had to change my rating of product. When installing the right pedal ( the one with left had threads ) it only screwed in about 2 1/2 revolutions. When riding the bike pedal fell off and after several more hours effort to fix ended up with totally stripped out threads on the pedal. Have to revise again. Google search shows how to properly install pedals. Assembly booklet shows right pedal screwed in counter-clockwise. Took about three hours to correct the error and almost ruined the pedal.I bought this adult tricycle for my granddaughter who just turned 10. She had trouble balancing a regular bike so I decided to try this for her because she needed exercise instead of playing on the tablet and besides if she didn’t want it I could ride it. Best thing I ever did! She loves it!!! It’s a little pricey but worth every penny. While I haven’t got to ride it yet Grandma walks while she rides. This adult tricycle is so also very good for older parents too. I just can’t believe how much fun it has been since we got it put together. The smiles are just wonderful!!!
