I was on the verge of ordering prescription bicycle eye wear when I finally stumbled across this helmet. I love the visor, it fits perfectly over my glasses plus I feel more secure in this than I did the Thousand. It’s also got better airflow than the Thousand.Only thing I would change is the chin buckle. Make it magnetic.It is an expensive helmet. Almost $270. delivered. However, it is impressive; especially the ability to dial in the fit with the twist knob in the back. It is relatively lightweight with good fit and finish. It comes with a removable eye shield which is a welcome extra.I believe I made a wise choice for my style of riding—usually 5 days a week. This is a serious upgrade for me.How did I happen on this choice? I saw someone else wearing one. I love the visor that fits over my glasses. The helmet is built very well and provides good coverage which is critical for ebike riders. Would highly recommend especially if you are looking for a helmet to protect your eyes and glasses from bugs and debris.This is my second KASK helmet. They are Vary high quality helmets.I use this helmet for an ebike, it’s one step away from a motorcycle helmet…The face shield is a must for people with dry eyes and watery eye issues at high speeds or windy days. It’s big and dorky but descriptively light weight practical. It’s virtually identical to the full snow board helmet just without the extra winter padding and a little less size wise in the back of the head.Now I don’t know if they are recommended for e-bikes so use at your own risk. But it sure feels safer that a standard bike helmet.
