I ordered model FG450500 of this cart. The cardboard box it came in has only the FG450500 model number printed on the outside. The box is custom made for the cart it contained. In other words, it wouldn't accommodate a wider cart than what was packed inside. But, the he cart inside is not the dimension described on Amazon's website (37-7/8" Length X 19-1/5" Width). The top and bottom shelves are actually 31" Length x 17" Width. If you include the handle, the overall length of the top is 38 5/8". The height of the top work surface is 32 1/16". The maximum height of the handle is 38".The product description says this cart has a "Lipped Top Shelf". It does not. I would call this a flat top with a shallow round-bottom drip groove inset 1" from the outside edge of the top. This drip groove looks like what you would have on a cutting board to help contain minor spills. It does look like the picture that I see on the website as of the time I write this review. But, of course, I can't be sure what picture you're looking at today...The bottom shelf does have a 1 7/8" high lip around its perimeter.Assembly instructions are printed on the one of the flaps of the cardboard container, so don't look for a separate instruction sheet.Assembly itself is straightforward. There is only one way to put the cart together and it's pretty obvious. You will need a rubber mallet and a #3 Phillips screwdriver to complete the assembly. Your wrist will get a good workout inserting the screws as they have to cut their own threads in the plastic as they're driven in. I used a Bosch 20502 impact driver to insert the screws and that worked well.The cart itself is lightweight yet sturdy with a solid feel. I feel pretty confident that it will serve well for it's intended use if you want a cart this size. Just keep in mind that what you'll get isn't what was described.Now I have to decide whether to keep it or not. I thought I was getting the wider card described. And unfortunately, I assembled the card before discovering the discrepancy in the width. Because the uprights are hammered into sockets in the top and bottom shelves I suspect it will require some effort to disassemble it.
