I'm 6'8" and nearly 300 lbs and work seated for most of the day. I've had trouble in the past finding a comfortable chair, and this one is really great given the price. It was very easy to assemble, took about 10 minutes (I have a power torque screwdriver with allen attachments - recommended). It is not Herman Miller in price or aesthetics, but it is just as comfortable and (for big guys like me) it will outlast any "designer" chair. The armrests are not adjustable (i.e. they aren't going to break off or get wobbly) and the backrest is mid-height. One really nice feature is the recline-lock. You can set it to your desired recline (or straight up) and lock it in place, or allow it to float on the spring.Sturdy, inexpensive, simple, comfortable!
