Beautifully designed and eco-friendly, Shell Biodegradable Urn in Pearl is an attractive, seashell-shaped urn intended for use in a water burial. Once set adrift in the sea, the Shell Biodegradable Urn will float briefly, slowly sink to the bottom, and naturally break down over time.This water burial urn is designed to biodegrade in water. Shell Biodegradable Urn is produced from 99% pre-consumer non-toxic recycled paper and paper clay. Each urn is handcrafted and painted with water-based paints by skilled artisans. The carrying case is recyclable. Given its handcrafted nature, the urn may vary slightly in size, shape and appearance from the image displayed. A water-soluble bag is included. Cremated remains can be placed into the bag, then into the Shell Urn. This is an American made cremation urn. The Shell Urn Received a "Three Leaf" Green Burial Council Rating.
