These Heelys are really cute the sizing is completely wrong. I ordered a size 5 Youth and they were more like a woman's size 8. I wear an 8 and they fit me perfectly. Sadly, they were not ordered for me. They were ordered for my 9 year old Granddaughter. I had to return them and since I can't determine what size would fit her, I can not reorder.These Heelys were OK. Aesthetically they looked better online than they did in person. In person they kind of looked cheap. Also, we didn't receive the plate covers that go on the bottom of the shoes when you don't have the wheels in and the hook for removing the wheels. We ended up returning them and ordering a different style. The new style we received is WAY better. All of my kids have had Heelys and the new ones we ordered were more reminiscent of the style my other 2 kids had.The usual metal piece to help pop out the wheels was not included in the shoebox. The rubber square that fits in the hole where the wheels pop out is also not included. The wheels do not pop out on this shoe. We tried with a screw driver and the flat blade of scissors. Impossible. These are not like the usual Heelys.Bought for my 7 year old and she absolutely loves them. I would suggest getting a size bigger, easy to use took her a few days to get use to but now she is whizzing round everywhere on them.
